The dynamic nature of the organisation and this role requires that the ideal candidate has exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the CEO’s needs. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanour across a broad range of stakeholders, including members of the Management Team that reports to the CEO, the Board of Trustees, the Advisory Board, and international stakeholders and partners, including key funders. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personal, and organisational information, while exercising professionalism and discretion.
